Job summary

StoryPoint Group in Plano is seeking a part-time Receptionist to provide efficient and courteous service to residents and the public. The role includes weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays 8am-2pm) with a starting pay of $15 per hour and daily pay options available.

Responsibilities include answering calls, greeting guests, handling check-ins, assisting the Leasing Team, and supporting the property administration with light duties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or 1–3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and transfer to appropriate department.
• Daily resident check-in.
• Greet residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Refer prospective residents and families to the Leasing Team.
• Sort and deliver mail, internal messages and packages to residents and staff.
• Know emergency procedures and maintain security awareness.
• Assist with accounting duties as assigned by Property Administrator.
