Job summary

Novo Building Products in Allentown, PA is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to load/unload heavy loads onto flatbed trailers. This full-time role requires safe forklift operation and strict attention to safety procedures.

You will move products using a RF scanner, maintain clean, organized storage, and collaborate with the Supervisor to resolve discrepancies. Weekend schedule: Fri-Sun, 6am–6pm, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience required with a 6,500 lb rating or similar.
• Ability to move and position heavy loads safely.
• Experience reading procedures and following standard work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operates a forklift to move products and pallets throughout the warehouse to designated areas.
• Communicates discrepancies, product issues, or safety concerns to the Supervisor.
• Uses RF scanner to ensure correct location and accurate product labels.
