Job summary

Radial Inc. Allentown, PA is seeking a Forklift Driver to support our fast-paced fulfillment center. You will operate stock picker and other motorized equipment, meet production standards, and help maintain a safe, efficient workplace.

The role requires 1-2 years warehousing experience, a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and good communication. Hours Mon-Fri 6:00 am–2:30 pm, not remote; we offer benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• One to two years related experience and/or training in warehousing or distribution operations.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to be certified and licensed to operate highlift as well as other types of powered industrial equipment safely and effectively.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must have good vision and hearing for verbal communication and forklift safety.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal interaction and social skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ability to go to a location and pick, pull, put away, or replenish product using a stock picker, turret truck, reach truck and/or pallet runner.
• Meet production standards and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in the daily sanitation of the assigned area to ensure an efficient, safe, hazard-free production environment.
• Report any incident or situation that might cause an accident or injury to self or others.
• Exhibit the daily commitment to quality and productivity.
• Meet or exceed company standards on attendance, punctuality, conduct, safety, and security.
• Adapt to changes in process and procedures.
• Flexibly work in various areas of the Fulfillment Center as volume demands.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet departmental objectives.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
