Park Nursing Home is hiring a Food Service Supervisor to join the Food and Nutrition Services Team in planning, organizing, directing and supervising the dietary department of this rehabilitation center and skilled nursing facility.

The role involves directing weekend operations, ensuring timely and accurate nutrition services, maintaining cleanliness and safety, completing inventories, and monitoring equipment temperatures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in hospital or LTC as a food service supervisor.
• Must be ServSafe or Local food handlers certified; CDM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and supervise Food and Nutrition Services functions.
• Direct overall weekend operations of the department to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitary standards in accordance with regulations.
• Complete inventories and monitor temperatures for refrigerators and freezers.

Park Nursing Home is seeking Food service supervisor to join Food and Nutrition Services Team in planning, organizing, directing, controlling and supervising functions within the dietary department of this rehabilitation center and skilled nursing facility.

Responsible for directing the overall operation of Food and Nutrition Services on weekends. Ensures that quality nutritional services are provided on time and accurate based on resident diet tickets.

Maintain department cleanliness, safe and sanitary manner in accordance with federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing the facility.

Completion of all food inventories, Ensure all Refrigerators, freezers and food temperature is done and recorded

Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Hospital or LTC as a food service supervisor.
• Must Be ServSafe or Local food handlers certified, CDM certification highly a plus.
