Job summary

IF! Inc. in Stillwater, MN is seeking a Part Time Sub to support individuals with developmental disabilities in homes or community settings. You will float between client homes and shifts, assisting with daily activities, personal care, and mobility while following care plans.

Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is possible; CPR/First Aid is required or willingness to obtain. Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of direct care experience (DSP, etc.) required.
• Must have CPR/First Aid certification (or be willing to obtain upon hiring).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support with daily activities such as personal care, medication reminders, and meal preparation.
• Assist clients in achieving personal goals, enhancing independence, and participating in community activities.
• Support clients with mobility needs, including transfers and lifting.
• Ensure client safety and well-being by following individualized care plans.
• Document client progress and communicate with other team members and family members as necessary.
• Be flexible and adaptable to changes in scheduling and client needs.
• Float between various client homes and shifts based on staffing needs.
