Total Transportation of Mississippi is seeking a Dedicated Weekend Fleet Manager to oversee a high-volume operation in Jackson, MS. The role runs 07:00–17:00 with a compensation range of $43,000 to $64,600 annually.

You will supervise drivers, handle disputes, coordinate lanes and ETAs, and ensure fleet maintenance for on-time service across assigned routes. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), 3+ years in high-volume operations, and 1+ year of leadership.

• 1+ year of leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise driver performance and document/terminate when needed.
• Address issues and disputes for drivers.
• Coordinate lanes, ETA, and schedules with customers and drivers.
• Ensure on-time service and fleet maintenance compliance.
• Maximize revenue per tractor through equipment utilization.
• Maintain and communicate service-related information to customers.
