Ideal candidates have 0-2 years of operational experience, DOT knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Compensation ranges from $35,900 to $53,800, reflecting responsibilities and hours for overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulations impacting daily operations (DOT national and state).
• Demonstrates a basic knowledge of US geography and the calculation of transit times across multiple US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage fleet coverage during extended hours by maintaining seated truck count, accurate driver PTA’s, keep driver turnover down.
• Build and maintain quality relationships with drivers.
• Ensure on time service is met; address service issues with Customer Service and Load Planning; repower loads as needed.
• Promote safe operations by monitoring hours of service compliance.
• Input load and driver information into the system accurately; provide detailed route and timing information.
