Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as custodian, janitor, or building maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of custodial procedures, building systems, carpentry, and ability to perform minor repairs.
• Knowledge of safe use, maintenance and storage of industrial cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular cleaning maintenance of assigned district facilities to keep buildings safe, clean, and ready for operations.
• Provide supervision to community service volunteers and support weekend staffing as needed.
