Job summary

This role requires weekend availability, the ability to supervise personnel, and compliance with safety regulations; experience in a similar environment and basic computer skills are preferred.

The position is full-time with a 2nd shift and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a similar environment and personnel supervision is desired.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Basic computer skills such as Excel, Word and Email (Microsoft Office) are preferred.
• Written and oral communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in interviewing, hiring and training for new employees.
• Assign duties and tasks to employees and manage shift coverage.
• Ensure operations run smoothly and enforce safety regulations.
• Train with a senior manager during the training phase.
• Assist in payroll reporting to head office in a timely manner.
