Job summary

St. Augustine Manor is seeking a General Maintenance staff member for full-time or part-time roles on 1st shift, including weekends. You will maintain buildings, grounds, security, and equipment in a healthcare environment, performing repairs, preventive maintenance, painting, and outdoor tasks.

This is a hands-on role in a nonprofit faith-based facility offering a comprehensive benefits package. Minimum 3–4 years in institutional or commercial settings; healthcare experience is a plus.

Full-Time/ Part-Time General Maintenance

St. Augustine Manor is looking for a Full-Time/ Part-Time General Maintenance staff to join our maintenance team. This is a 1st shift position, working weekends included.

The primary functions of this position include maintaining buildings, grounds, security and equipment. Responsible for the repair, maintenance, construction to maintain building. Works hands-on in a healthcare environment with installation, repair, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of maintaining building grounds.

This position will be responsible for following through on the Preventative Maintenance program as well as completing general tasks such as painting, outdoor tasks, and other routine maintenance.

St. Augustine is a long-term care facility, non-profit, and a faith-based organization.
