Job summary

The City of Fort Lupton is seeking a custodian/maintenance worker to perform interior and exterior cleaning, minor maintenance, and groundskeeping tasks. Duties include floor care, trash removal, and disinfecting facilities to ensure clean and safe public spaces.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and a valid Class R Driver's License. CPR/First Aid/AED training should be completed within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform interior custodial duties including mopping, dusting, vacuuming and cleaning.
• Operate floor cleaners, vacuum, and shampoo carpets.
• Perform exterior custodial/maintenance duties including snow removal and litter pickup.
• Remove waste and dispose of trash and waste, including hazardous materials as applicable.
• Clean and disinfect fixtures, floors, mirrors, windows, doors and walls; restock supplies.
