Job summary

Larimer County is hiring two Facilities Service Workers to keep county buildings clean, safe, and welcoming for employees and visitors. Positions are based at Fort Collins locations (200 W. Oak St. and 2260 W. Trilby Rd.).

The roles are full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., performing cleaning, restocking, and event setup tasks with a strong emphasis on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform cleaning and sanitation duties to a high standard.
• Ability to manage time and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic knowledge of safe and effective cleaning practices.
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable for assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning restrooms, offices, and public areas to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Restocking supplies like soap, paper products, and cleaning agents.
• Setting up and breaking down furniture and equipment for events.
• Reporting maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate staff.
• Following all safety guidelines and custodial procedures.
