Job summary

You will recruit, hire, coach, and mentor staff, review timesheets, and support payroll. Strong leadership, safety focus, and process improvement skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years continuing education preferred.
• 2 years fabrication/sheet metal assembly experience.
• 2 years in a lead/supervisory position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe working habits and clean work area (6S).
• Coordinate staff to ensure knowledge of safety practices.
• Define work scopes with department manager.
• Plan, organize, manage and delegate work center activities.
• Implement streamline processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Supervise and delegate work and monitor tasks.
• Requisition work center supplies as needed.
• Participate in recruitment and hiring processes.
