Job summary

Southeast Christian Church in Middletown, KY is seeking a Weekend Experience Graphic Designer to shape how people visually experience weekend services. You will translate creative direction into clear, compelling visual systems that support the message and moments of the service.

Working with the Creative Director and the Weekend Experience team, you’ll design graphics for LED walls, environments, and online experiences, build templates, and provide tools that help campuses execute with clarity

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, visual storytelling, and cohesive visual systems.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud; After Effects is a plus.
• Experience designing for digital screens, large-format environments, live events, or broadcast.
• Collaborative, receptive to feedback, able to work across ministries.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual identities and graphic systems for sermon series and weekend initiatives based on Creative Direction.
• Design graphics for LED walls, environmental screens, lower thirds, teaching moments, and online experiences.
• Partner with Creative Director and team to build a cohesive visual experience from start to finish.
• Support campuses by identifying visual opportunities and solving design challenges with practical solutions.
• Participate in Series Brief and Creative Brief processes, contributing visual ideas that support the series and moments.
• Build flexible visual systems, templates, and resources for campuses with varying room designs and capabilities.
• Prepare organized production-ready files and templates and adapt designs after feedback.
