Job summary

Meadow Park Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in New York is seeking qualified CNAs to provide compassionate daily care, monitor vital signs, and assist with feeding, bathing, and mobility in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. Full-time or part-time shifts are available (days, evenings, nights) with rotating weekends.

A CNA license is required, CPR certification preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Takes and records patients’ vital signs.

• Performs all other tasks assigned by the Nursing Supervisor.
