Job summary

Meadow Park Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in New York seeks a Per Diem CNA to provide compassionate patient care under supervision. You will take vital signs, assist with daily activities, and support residents with mobility and turning to prevent complications.

The role requires a valid CNA license ( CPR certification preferred ) and flexibility to cover day, evening, or night shifts on a rotating schedule, including weekends. This is a per diem position in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Take and record patients' vital signs.
• Measure and record patients' fluid intake and output.
• Provide daily routine care such as bathing, dressing and feeding.
• Assist patients in active and passive range of motion, transferring, walking and turning.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Nursing Supervisor.
