Genesiscareers in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 7 AM–7 PM shift. You must be able to work every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) to support our residents with daily activities and compassionate care.

Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, you will assist with ADLs, monitor well-being, and communicate with families. The position offers flexible hours and a benefits package designed for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors and respond to their medical and physical needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) alongside a licensed nurse.
• Provide compassionate care and communicate with residents and families to ensure comfort and safety.

Responsibilities

The Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA works alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to directly impact patients'/residents' quality of life by assisting with their activities of daily living (ADLs). You will also ensure that our patients/residents and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individual patients'/residents' needs and rights.
