Esler Companies, the Renewal by Andersen partner, is hiring Event Marketing Representatives to represent our brand at community events and home shows. You will engage homeowners, share information about our products, and schedule free in-home consultations on weekends and during events.

No industry experience is required; paid onboarding and ongoing coaching will be provided, with strong earning potential through uncapped bonuses and a flexible part-time schedule.

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable starting conversations and building rapport with new people.
Positive, dependable, and professional attitude.
Motivated by goals and performance-based earnings.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Weekend availability required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
