Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends in Tennessee. This role requires independent TN licensure (LPC-MHSP, LPC, LMFT, LCSW or psychologist) and availability for a minimum of 10 sessions with 15 hours weekly.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends in Tennessee.

About The Role

• Independently licensed and living in Tennessee — LPC-MHSP, LPC, LMFT, LCSW or Licensed Psychologist
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 10 sessions with 15 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we're building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $25,200.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
