Job summary

Thriveworks offers telehealth clinician roles across the United States. Licensed clinicians provide compassionate, evidence-based care to a broad client base using modern telehealth and EHR tools.

In Tennessee, you’ll maintain a full caseload with flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET, while we handle credentialing, billing, scheduling and marketing support. Earn up to $54,100 with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Tennessee (LPC-MHSP, LMFT, LCSW, PhD).
• Available for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability.
• Behavioral health generalist comfortable with couples and children.
• Committed to helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Comfortable with telehealth and clinical technology (EHRs).
• Collaborative team player contributing to a clinical community.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in Tennessee.

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

• Independently licensed and living in Tennessee— LPC-MHSP, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $54,100 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
