Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends in Oklahoma. We handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You’ll build a full caseload within 90 days, with flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m.

to 10 p.m. ET. As a W2 employee, you’ll have access to live clinical support, monthly case consultations, and opportunities for paid clinical supervisor

Qualificações

• Independent licensure in Oklahoma (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist).
• Available for at least 10 sessions weekly with 15 hours of availability.
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children; comfortable with telehealth tools.

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

• Independently licensed and living in Oklahoma — LPC, LMFT, LCSW or Licensed Psychologist

• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 10 sessions with 15 hours of availability weekly

• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children

• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress

• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools

• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $25,200.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
