Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care to clients nationwide, focusing on Oklahoma licensure. You will join a clinician-led organization that supports your practice with credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing.

As a W2 employee, you’ll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Qualifications

• Must be independently licensed in Oklahoma (LPC/LMFT/LCSW or Psychologist).
• Available for minimum 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability.
• Open to treating various client groups including couples and children; committed to measurable progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate telehealth therapy to clients across the country.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing; maintain flexible scheduling (7am–10pm ET, 7 days a week).
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and participate in ongoing supervision and training.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in Oklahoma.

About the Role

We're hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

• Independently licensed and living in Oklahoma - LPC, LMFT, LCSW or Licensed Psychologist
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate - we're building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $54,100.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
