Weekend/Evening Remote Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee For Service

Thriveworks is seeking Independently Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends in Arkansas.

Note: Clinicians must be licensed and residing in Arkansas.

Compensation

This is a Fee for Service (W2) position, with a total compensation up to $23,000. Compensation includes a Flat Rate and two bonus opportunities, varying based on session volume and licensure.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold one of the following independent licenses in Arkansas:

• LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
• Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)

• Willing to see at least 10 sessions per week
• Open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided)
• Interest in growth into leadership or supervisory roles
