Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical.
• Experience with general carpentry or boiler operations is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance of hotels or apartments.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-room repairs and general property upkeep.
• Replace filters and light bulbs; general carpentry and furniture repair.
• Conduct water testing and handle HVAC operations.
• Must be available to work nights and weekends.
