Job summary

Walters Wedding Estates in Flower Mound, TX is seeking Bartenders for part-time events. You will set up and stock the bar, take guest drink orders, and mix cocktails according to recipes while ensuring proper alcohol inventory and cleanliness.

Experience of 1+ year is preferred; Texas TABC and Food Handler licenses are required. You must be able to lift 30 lbs and work weekends/evenings as events occur.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role.
• Education: TABC certification and Food Handlers license required in Texas.
• Physical: Able to lift 30 lbs frequently, stand/walk 8-12 hours.
• Background check required; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Eligible to work in the United States; E-Verify participation.

Responsibilities

• Set-Up the bar and ensure it is fully equipped with tools and products for beverages.
• Ensure bar has correct alcohol and quantities ordered.
• Comply with all Texas alcohol laws (TABC) for service.
• Interact with customers and take drink orders.
• Mix drinks per venue recipes and customer preferences.
• Assess customer needs and make recommendations.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and refuse service as needed.
• Maintain liquor inventory and report end-of-shift totals.
• Break down and clean the bar area.
