Job summary

Walters Wedding Estates, a Walters Hospitality brand, is seeking bartenders who can deliver excellent hospitality and accurately mix and serve beverages. You will set up and stock the bar, comply with Texas alcohol laws, interact with guests, and manage inventory in a fast-paced venue environment.

The role is part-time, with weekends and evenings required. Expect hourly pay of $12 plus tips, and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a similar role preferred.
• Texas requires TABC and Food Handlers licenses.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar with tools and products for beverages.
• Maintain correct alcohol inventory and quantities.
• Comply with TABC procedures for serving alcohol.
• Interact with customers and take drink orders.
• Mix drinks according to venue recipes and guest needs.
• Assess guests and make recommendations.
