Job summary

Walters Wedding Estates, a Walters Hospitality brand, is actively seeking Bartenders with a passion for providing excellent hospitality. This position requires someone who maintains positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year in a similar bartending role.
• Texas TABC license and Food Handler license required.
• Able to lift 30 lbs, stand/work long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up the bar and ensure it is fully equipped with tools and products for mixing beverages.
• Take drink orders from guests and servers, and mix drinks to venue recipes.
• Comply with TABC procedures and alcohol service regulations.
• Interact with customers, assess preferences, and make recommendations.
• Monitor guest consumption and politely refuse service when needed.
• Maintain liquor inventory and report remaining stock at shift end.
• Keep the bar clean, including counters, trash, and floors.
