Responsibilities

• Receive daily work assignments from Director of Engineer and review priorities.
• Organize materials, tools and equipment to perform daily assignments.
• Maintain time lines and work schedule in accordance with the preventive maintenance program.
• Check work orders and maintenance report for any problems.
• Respond to guest maintenance and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow safety and security procedures and hotel policies.
