Job summary

Ralliant is hiring for a full-time Electronic Assembler on a weekend shift in California. The role involves performing production assembly operations on components and subassemblies, reading drawings, and following IPC standards.

Training is provided, with emphasis on quality and safety. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of following instructions precisely, and able to work under a microscope when soldering.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Working knowledge of ESD prevention and product handling.
• Very flexible with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter able to plan, execute and complete assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Performs various production assembly operations on components and subassemblies, and other complex duties as assigned.
• Uses visual aids, drawings and verbal and written instruction to assemble, modify, re-work or re-assemble units.
• Receives detailed instruction on new assignments.
• Solder under a microscope and identify component values.
• Read/interpret customer, engineer drawings or visual aids and incorporate call outs onto assembly.
