Job summary

PacSci EMC in Hollister, CA is hiring an Electronic Assembler for a weekend shift (5 AM–6 PM, Fri-Sun). You will perform assembly operations on electronic components, follow IPC-J-STD guidelines, and maintain strict ESD controls, with on-the-job training provided.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, good hands-on skills, attention to detail, and the ability to read schematics and work under a microscope.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with ESD prevention and product handling encouraged.
• Ability to read drawings and schematics to assemble components.

Responsibilities

• Performs production assembly operations on components and subassemblies.
• Assembles, reworks or re-assembles units from drawings and verbal instructions.
• Solders electronic components up to fine pitch under a microscope.
• Follows IPC standards and calls out enhancements on assemblies.
