Job summary

Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is seeking an Electrical Engineer for the weekend shift in Orlando, FL.

You will perform hands-on testing, debugging, and programming of IRST production hardware to support missiles, sensors, and other subsystems for the US and allies. Responsibilities include using Windchill to access drawings, isolating production issues, collaborating with day shift engineers and quality staff, and ensuring traceability through updated instructions and reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hardware troubleshooting experience.
• 3+ years Windchill usage experience.
• Experience testing, debugging, and programming IRST production WRAs.

Responsibilities

• Test, debug, and program IRST production WRAs and related circuit-card assemblies.
• Use Windchill to retrieve drawings and MPps and document steps.
• Isolate and resolve production issues on weekend floor support.
• Collaborate with day shift engineers, suppliers, and quality staff.
• Update work instructions and non-conformance reports.
• Participate in root-cause analyses and process improvements.
