Job summary

PSCI Electrical Engineer Level 3 in Orlando, FL will perform hands‑on testing, troubleshooting, and programming of IRST production hardware, while leveraging Windchill to document and control the process.

Responsibilities include testing, debugging, and programming WRAs, using Windchill for drawings and MPPs, and collaborating with engineers, suppliers, and quality personnel to ensure schedule adherence. Onsite, 4/10 work week, weekend shifts, active Secret Clearance and US citizenship required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience troubleshooting hardware, testing, debugging, and programming IRST WRAs and related PCB assemblies.
• 3+ years experience using Windchill to retrieve drawings, reference MPps and record steps.

Responsibilities

• Testing, debugging, and programming IRST production WRAs (receiver, processor, IMU, pod) and related circuit‑card assemblies.
• Using Windchill to retrieve drawings, reference manufacturing process plans (MPPs), and record each process step.
• Isolating and resolving production issues independently and as part of weekend floor‑support team to keep deliveries on schedule.
• Collaborating with day‑shift engineers, suppliers, and quality personnel to hand off findings and corrective actions.
• Updating work instructions, non‑conformance reports, and configuration data to maintain traceability.
• Participating in root‑cause analyses and recommending process improvements that enhance yield and reliability.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and classified‑information requirements while working on the floor.
