Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment to keep dishes, glassware, and silverware clean and sanitized.
• Wash pots, pans and kitchen tools to support cooks during breakfast and brunch.
• Maintain a clean and organized dish station, including sweeping and mopping the floor and taking out trash.
• Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed to support the kitchen team.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Ensure front-of-house has a steady supply of clean dishes for guests.
• Be ready to start early to prepare for the breakfast rush.
