A-Line Staffing is seeking a Weekend Warehouse Associate in Madison, GA. The role combines forklift operation with manual labor to support warehousing and distribution. This contract position offers potential to convert to full-time based on attendance and performance.

Pay includes a base rate of $16.50/hr on Fridays and $19.50/hr on Saturdays and Sundays, with a schedule of Friday through Sunday from 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Potential for permanent hire exists for strong performers.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable).
• Attendance: commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• Forklift experience and willingness to perform manual labor (not a straight forklift role).
• Ability to operate MHE and use an RF scanner; ability to obtain electric pallet jack certification.
• Physical: able to perform physically demanding warehouse work (standing/walking/bending; lifting 50+ lbs).
• Skills: read/interpret distribution documents; basic analytical/organizational/prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders (scan bar codes, pick cases, label boxes).
• Palletize orders (scan/retrieve and place completed orders on pallets).
• Process orders using RF technology / RF scanner.
• Verify accuracy and package shipments appropriately.
• Support dock/manifest duties as needed (scan completed pallets; operate shrink wrapper).
• Operate ground/manual manifest station as needed.
• Assist other warehouse roles as required; act as backup during absences/vacation.
• Support unloading work as needed (significant manual labor).

A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Weekend Warehouse Associate (Forklift + Manual Labor). This role offers career growth, a supportive work environment, and full-time hours (40+ per week).

DETAILS AND COMPENSATION

Location: Madison, GA - 100% on-site

Payrate: $16.50/hr (Friday) + $19.50/hr (Saturday/Sunday)

Required Availability: Full-Time | Friday - Sunday, 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM

SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS

The Weekend Warehouse Associate is responsible for warehousing/material distribution tasks supporting the shipment of products. This is a hands-on role that combines forklift experience with manual labor (candidates must be willing to do both). This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs (temp-to-hire potential; manager is interested in converting strong performers to FTE).
