Redwood Family Care Network is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Huntington Beach. The role offers a $500 sign-on bonus and an hourly rate of $18.00–$20.00, with Saturday and Sunday evening shifts (4pm–12am) on a part-time basis.

You will assist adults with daily living activities and participate in IPP/ISP goal development. Responsibilities include personal care, meal prep, transportation as needed, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities or related needs.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass background checks.
• Willing to obtain CPI within 6 months of hire (preferred).
• Must have a California Driver’s License and be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Assist adults with daily living tasks and personal care as needed.
• Outline daily routines and support IPP/ISP goals.
• Transport clients in a personal vehicle and track mileage reimbursement.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and report incidents daily.
• Participate in meal preparation and assist with clean-up.
