Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist adults with developmental disabilities in Laguna Woods, CA. The role includes routine planning, personal care, meal prep, and transportation when needed. Orientation sessions are required in person.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities.
• Crisis management and behavior management experience (ABA).
• High School Diploma/GED.
• California Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Outline and prepare daily routines for clients per IPP.
• Support IPP/ISP goals and resident development.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for clients.
• Transport clients in a personal vehicle when needed, with mileage reimbursement.
• Assist with meals and daily living activities, dressing, grooming.
• Report incidents and communicate with administrators.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
