Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of distribution, warehouse, logistics, or operations experience.
• Leadership experience supervising teams in a warehouse or distribution center environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities across multiple distribution centre functions, including receiving, inbound operations, order processing, case pick, shipping, and returns.
• Monitor productivity and balance workloads to meet operational goals.
• Provide training, coaching, and resources to help associates succeed.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain safety policies and operational reports.
