Job summary

HD Supply Management, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee multiple DC departments, including case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing and replenishment. You will provide direction and motivation to warehouse associates while prioritizing safety, productivity and quality.

The role requires 5+ years in a distribution center and 2+ years in a lead/mentorship capacity, with a BS/BA.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
5+ years of experience working in a distribution center.
2+ years of experience in a lead or mentorship role.

Responsibilities

Monitors productivity of warehouse associates and balances workload to meet production and delivery goals.
Provides training, tools, and equipment for warehouse associates to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
Acts as a point-of-contact for escalated issues and ensures warehousing functions run smoothly.
Identifies process improvements to enhance DC performance and department effectiveness.
Evaluates DC alignment for efficiency and inventory management.
Ensures clean work areas and adherence to safety policies.
Completes relevant paperwork and productivity reports.
