Job summary

Sodexo Group is seeking a Dishwasher at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. The role supports kitchen and facility operations by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across production and service areas, including equipment, utensils, floors and storage spaces.

You may assist with basic set-up and break-down tasks as directed. Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, basic sanitation knowledge, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• No related work experience.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures, to include basic concepts of food safety.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes by hand or in a dishwashing machine.
• Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweep, mop, clean and vacuum floors.
• Remove trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Clean equipment using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards.
• Restock supplies, such as soap, towels, and cleaning materials.
