Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Dishwasher to support kitchen and facility operations at The University of Findlay. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization across food production and service areas, including dishwashing, stocking supplies, and basic setup/breakdown tasks.

Eligible candidates include high school graduates or those with GEDs; no related work experience is required. The job offers flexible shifts and a range of benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and basic food safety.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes by hand or in a dishwashing machine.
• Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators, and blocks.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Remove trash to designated areas.
• Clean equipment with safe chemicals.
• Restock supplies like soap and towels.
• Significant walking or other mobility.
• Walk or stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Attend shifts on time and regularly.
• Other duties as needed.
