Qualifications

• Valid Connecticut Driver’s license with clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with individuals while maintaining professional ethical standards.
• Provide hands-on support for activities of daily living and personal care.
• Attend and participate in staff and designated meetings.
