Eihab Human Services is seeking part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting in Somerset County, NJ. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 21+ years old, a valid NJ driver's license, and ability to complete trainings (CPR/First Aid, medication administration).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years related work or life experience.
• Valid NJ Driver’s License with good driving record (3 years’ history).
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Ability to complete required trainings (CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, etc.).
• Ability to pass drug screening, background check, and CARI check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living skills and personal care.
• Administer medications and document services.
• Support medical appointments and community activities.
• Maintain a safe, structured, home‑like environment.
• Communicate changes and complete required documentation.
• Act as a liaison and advocate for individuals and their families, facilitating access to community resources.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, EIHAB policies, and safety standards.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

2 years related work or life experience

Valid NJ Driver’s License with good driving record

Must be 21+ years old
