Resources for Human Development is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to join the Resiliency Manor team for part-time weekend shifts in Philadelphia, PA. DSPs provide hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them develop independence, participate in their communities, and pursue personal goals.

This weekend DSP role offers competitive pay at $18.00 per hour, available schedules on Saturdays and Sundays, and benefits such as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Ability to read, write, and document in English.
• Completion of CPR, First Aid, and related trainings.
• Ability to work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide supervision and support per Individual Support Plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living and daily needs.
• Encourage skill development for independence.
• Provide transportation to appointments and activities as needed.
• Support relationships and community involvement.
• Complete documentation such as logs, medication records, and incident reports.
• Collaborate with team and participate in training.
