Qualifications

Sperry St, Philadelphia, PA 19152. Pay Rate: $17/hour. Schedule: Every Other Weekend | Saturday & Sunday | 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

Are you compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping others? We are currently hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide care and support in a residential home setting in Northeast Philadelphia.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and supervision to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
• Assist with daily living activities including meals, hygiene, and community engagement
• Support residents with maintaining a safe, clean, and positive home environment
• Encourage independence and social interaction
• Complete documentation and report any changes or concerns appropriately
• Transport clients to community activities or appointments as needed

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License REQUIRED
• Previous DSP, caregiver, home health aide, or direct care experience preferred
• Experience working with IDD individuals is a plus
• Reliable, patient, and professional
• Ability to work every other weekend consistently
