Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists Clients in basic living skills and daily personal tasks.
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments as needed (Arkansas Driver's License required).
• Maintain communication via logbook, staff meetings, and progress notes.
• Accurately complete documentation (behavioral, incident, care plans, forms, etc.).
• Report incidents and emergencies to supervisors promptly; safety sensitive role.
