Supportive Behavioral Resources, Inc. seeks a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with daily living skills, community involvement, and advocacy in a supportive, respectful environment.

The 32-hour per week schedule includes Sunday 4pm-12am, Monday 4am-12am, Friday 8am-4pm, Saturday 8am-4pm; the role offers a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health, dental & vision, life insurance, 401K, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• PA driver's license and access to a reliable car preferred.
• Experience with Autism preferred.
• Physical examination and PPD test required.
• Pre-Employment Drug Screening.
