Job summary

Fraser is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. You will support adults and families with daily living activities in group homes and apartments, with flexible scheduling and meaningful impact.

You’ll assist with ADLs, personal care, meal prep, transportation, and community engagement while upholding Fraser’s commitment to inclusion and compassionate care.

Qualifications

Description

Fraser is seeking motivated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team, working full-time or part-time in a group setting within our group homes and apartments. Enjoy the flexibility of a customizable schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

In this role, you will work directly with clients, assisting with activities of daily living, personal care, and planning community activities. This is a wonderful opportunity for individuals passionate about providing high-quality care and making a lasting impact on the lives of adults and families with diverse needs!

In this role, you will have the opportunity to help clients with:

• Medication administration
• Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s)
• Money management
• Personal care (such as bathing, toileting, feeding, etc.) in the group homes
• Meal preparation (must be willing to handle all types of food)
• Planning and transportation to/from activities
• Community integration

• Fraser is currently hiring for Full or Part-Time staff.
• Variety of different locations throughout the Twin Cities Metro. Hours vary by location; all potential scheduling options will be discussed during the phone interview.

The starting pay range for this role is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour depending on up qualifications + meals on some shifts.
