Job summary
Heart to Heart Home Care is seeking professional, compassionate Direct Support Professionals who are enthusiastic about making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Weekend Direct Support Professionals are needed in the Toms River area.
Shifts include Saturday and Sunday 9a-3p or Friday and Saturday 3p-11p, with locations in Toms River, Brick and Bayville.
Qualifications
- Non Probationary Driver's License and second form of ID
- Physical and PPD (within the last year)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Responsibilities
- Direct Support to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in a Group Home setting
- Provide support, transportation and assistance to enable daily routines
- Encourage independence through skill training in self-care, household chores and social/recreation activities
