WARMING HEARTS HOMECARE is seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional in Toms River, New Jersey. Qualifications

• One year prior professional experience required.
• Driver’s license and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds.
• Care for patients by changing bed linens and assisting with personal care.
• Maintain records of patient care and report observations.
• Build relationships with patients through conversation.
• Engage patients in exercises or other activities.
• Take patient into the community to provide individual supports.
