Qualifications

• Non Probationary Driver’s License and second form of ID.
• Physical and PPD within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Direct Support to individuals with IDD in a group home setting.
• Provide support, transportation and assistance for daily routines.
• Encourage independence through skill training for self-care and daily living.
